Fair resolution when things don’t go as planned
Dispute Resolution Center
When an order does not meet your expectations—whether due to quality, delivery, or other issues—7CENTER provides a structured dispute resolution process. We work with both buyers and sellers to reach a fair outcome based on evidence and our platform policies.
Start by attempting to resolve the issue directly with your supplier. If that does not work, you can open a dispute through our platform. Our team will mediate and make a decision based on the facts presented.
