Platform Rules Overview

7Center Global Trade Ecosystem Co., Ltd. ("7CENTER") operates a B2B marketplace built on trust, transparency, and fair dealing. These Policies & Rules apply to all users—buyers, sellers, and service providers—and are designed to maintain a professional trading environment. By using our Platform, you agree to comply with these policies and our Terms of Use.

Membership Policies

  • One account per company: Each business entity may maintain only one primary account (exceptions with approval for subsidiaries)
  • Accurate company info: Registration data must reflect your actual business name, address, and legal status
  • KYC verification required: Identity and company verification are mandatory for full platform access
  • No duplicate accounts: Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited
  • Regular info updates: Keep your company profile, contact details, and certifications current

Transaction Policies

  • Trade Assurance recommended: We encourage buyers and sellers to use Trade Assurance for eligible transactions
  • Escrow for new partners: First-time transactions between unverified partners may require escrow
  • Dispute resolution within 30 days: Parties should engage in good-faith dispute resolution within 30 days of an issue arising
  • Mandatory documentation: Invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents must be provided as required
  • Payment terms compliance: Honor agreed payment schedules; late payments may affect account standing

Communication Rules

  • Professional conduct: Maintain courteous, business-appropriate communication with other users
  • No off-platform transactions: Do not redirect users to transact outside the Platform to avoid fees or oversight
  • Response within 24 hours: Respond to inquiries and dispute-related communications within 24 business hours
  • No spam or harassment: Do not send unsolicited bulk messages or engage in harassing behavior
  • Confidential negotiations: Respect confidentiality of commercial discussions; do not disclose without consent

Quality Standards

  • Accurate product descriptions: Listings must truthfully represent the products offered
  • ISO certification encouraged: Sellers with relevant ISO certifications are encouraged to display them
  • Regular quality audits: Sellers should maintain quality control processes and document them when requested
  • Compliance with safety regulations: Products must meet applicable safety standards in destination markets
  • Proper labeling: Goods must be correctly labeled with origin, content, and any required warnings

Account Suspension

Violation detected: Our systems or reports identify a potential policy or terms violation

Warning notice: User receives a written warning with details and opportunity to correct (where applicable)

Temporary suspension: Account access may be restricted pending investigation

Review hearing: User may request a review; 7CENTER will consider evidence from both sides

Final decision: Account may be reinstated, remain suspended, or be permanently terminated

Policy Updates

7CENTER may update these Policies & Rules from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, legal requirements, or marketplace practices. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing our legal pages periodically.
