Intellectual Property Protection
7CENTER's commitment to protecting trademarks, patents, and copyrights on our B2B marketplace. Effective March 1, 2026.
Our Commitment to IP Rights
7Center Global Trade Ecosystem Co., Ltd. ("7CENTER") is committed to protecting intellectual property rights and maintaining a marketplace free from counterfeit and infringing products. We work closely with rights holders to identify and remove infringing listings. Sellers who list counterfeit or infringing goods face serious consequences, including listing removal, account suspension, and permanent termination.
IP Protection Program
- Trademark protection: Monitoring and enforcement against unauthorized use of registered trademarks
- Patent monitoring: Addressing listings that may infringe utility or design patents
- Copyright enforcement: Removing listings that reproduce copyrighted content without permission
- Trade secret safeguards: Protecting confidential business information disclosed through our Platform
- Brand registration: Rights holders can register their brands for enhanced monitoring
- Proactive monitoring: Automated and manual review to detect potential infringement
How to Report IP Infringement
Required Documentation
- Proof of IP ownership: Registration certificates, patent documents, or other evidence of rights
- Description of infringement: Clear explanation of how the listing infringes your rights
- Infringing listing URLs: Direct links to each infringing listing
- Statement of good faith: Declaration that the information provided is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
- Contact information: Valid email and mailing address for correspondence
Counter-Notification
If your listing was removed due to an IP infringement report and you believe the removal was incorrect, you may submit a counter-notification. You must provide your identity, a statement under penalty of perjury that the listing was removed in error, and consent to jurisdiction. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the reporting party. If the reporting party does not take further legal action within a specified period, we may reinstate the listing. Making false counter-notifications may result in legal liability.
Repeat Infringer Policy
7CENTER maintains a repeat infringer policy. Sellers who receive three (3) valid IP infringement complaints within a twelve-month period may have their accounts permanently terminated. We track violations across accounts to prevent circumvention. Appeals may be submitted for consideration in exceptional circumstances.
