Your reports help us take action against fraud, intellectual property infringement, counterfeit goods, and other abuses. We investigate each report seriously and take appropriate measures.

What Happens After You Report

Reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team, typically within 3–5 business days. We may remove listings, restrict accounts, or escalate to law enforcement when necessary. You will receive a confirmation and, where appropriate, an update on the outcome. We cannot share details of actions taken against other users due to privacy, but we ensure every report is carefully evaluated.

Protection for Reporters

We treat all reports confidentially. Your identity is protected and will not be shared with the reported party. 7CENTER does not tolerate retaliation against reporters, and we take additional steps to protect those who help us uphold marketplace integrity.
