Product Listing Policy
Standards and requirements for product listings on the 7CENTER B2B marketplace. Effective March 1, 2026.
Overview
7Center Global Trade Ecosystem Co., Ltd. ("7CENTER") maintains high quality standards for product listings to ensure a trustworthy B2B marketplace experience. All sellers must comply with this Product Listing Policy. Listings that fail to meet these requirements may be removed, and repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Listing Requirements
- Clear product title: Descriptive and accurate; avoid keyword stuffing or misleading terms
- Accurate description with specifications: Include material, dimensions, certifications, and technical details
- High-quality images minimum 800x800 pixels: Clear, professional product photographs
- Realistic pricing: Prices that reflect genuine business terms; no bait-and-switch
- Accurate MOQ: Minimum order quantities must be truthful and achievable
- Correct HS codes: Harmonized System codes must accurately classify the product
- Valid certifications: Any claimed certifications (ISO, CE, FDA, etc.) must be verifiable and current
Prohibited Items
- Weapons, explosives, and military equipment (except where legally permitted and properly licensed)
- Narcotics, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia
- Counterfeit goods or products infringing intellectual property rights
- Hazardous materials without required permits and proper documentation
- Sanctioned goods or goods from sanctioned countries
- Stolen property or goods obtained through illegal means
- Products derived from endangered species (CITES violations)
- Unauthorized pharmaceuticals, prescription drugs, or medical devices without regulatory approval
Product Categories
Products must be placed in the correct category. Sellers are responsible for selecting the appropriate category and subcategory. Mis categorization may lead to listing removal. If you are unsure about the correct category, contact our seller support team before listing.
Pricing Guidelines
- No price manipulation: Do not artificially inflate or deflate prices to manipulate search or rankings
- Include unit pricing: State price per unit (e.g., per piece, per kg) where applicable
- Transparent shipping: Clearly indicate shipping costs, lead times, and Incoterms
- No hidden fees: All mandatory costs should be disclosed upfront
Image Guidelines
- Original photos preferred: Use your own product photos rather than stock images when possible
- White background for main image: Primary product image should have a clean, neutral background
- No watermarks from other platforms: Remove competitor or third-party platform watermarks
- Multiple angles: Provide at least 2–3 images showing different views of the product
- Size reference: Include scale or dimension reference for products where size is critical
Content Standards
All listing content must be original or properly licensed. Do not plagiarize descriptions from other sellers or manufacturers. Claims about product performance, certifications, or compliance must be accurate and verifiable. False or exaggerated claims may result in listing removal and account action.
